Two species of the subfamily Stenogastrinae, Parischnogaster mellyi (de Saussure, 1852) and (Bingham, 1897), are reported from the subtropical region of Bhutan for the first time.Distribution Necklace supported with GPS positions and main identification characters supported with micrographs have been given for the observed species.Notes on the nest structure and location of P.mellyi (de Saussure, 1852) are provided as observed from glove pouch the active nest.
